Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Travelshokse:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another tour.
